Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book treatments or purchase products from The Vancouver Aesthetician. Clients under 18 must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during treatment.

Booking & Appointments

  • All appointments are booked through our online booking platform (Mangomint) or by phone at (604) 332-6662.

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual at our discretion, particularly where treatment may pose a health or safety risk.

Informed Consent

Before receiving any treatment, you will be asked to complete an intake form and provide informed consent. This includes disclosing relevant medical history, medications, allergies, skin conditions, and pregnancy status.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the safety and effectiveness of your treatment, and The Vancouver Aesthetician will not be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed conditions.

Treatment Results

Aesthetic treatments produce results that vary by individual based on skin type, health, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare protocols, and other biological factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

The information on our website — including treatment descriptions, expected results, and before-and-after imagery — is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee or warranty of results.

Health & Safety

  • We maintain strict hygiene and sanitation protocols in accordance with British Columbia health regulations.

  • All equipment is sanitized between clients. Single-use items are disposed of after each treatment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, in our professional judgment, proceeding would pose a risk to your health or safety. This includes but is not limited to active infections, open wounds, sunburn, or contraindicated medical conditions.

Products

  • Products sold through our website or in-clinic are subject to our Refund Policy.

  • Product recommendations made by our team are based on professional assessment but are not a substitute for medical advice from a physician or dermatologist.

  • We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from product misuse, failure to follow usage instructions, or failure to disclose allergies or sensitivities.
