Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. The following policy is in place to ensure we can continue providing the highest quality of care to all our clients while respecting the time of our team.
Appointment Cancellations
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.
Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance: No charge. Your appointment can be rescheduled at no cost.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: A late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file.
No-shows (no notice given): The full cost of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone at (604) 332-6662 or through your Mangomint booking portal. Text and email confirmations are automated reminders — replying to them does not constitute a cancellation.
Late Arrivals
We ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to stay on schedule for other clients. If we are unable to perform the treatment meaningfully in the remaining time, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
Treatment Refunds
All treatments and services provided at The Vancouver Aesthetician are non-refundable once performed. Aesthetic treatments are medical procedures tailored to your skin — results depend on individual biology, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
If you have concerns about your treatment results, please contact us within 7 days. We are committed to your satisfaction and will work with you to address any issues, which may include a complimentary follow-up appointment or adjusted treatment plan.
Treatment Packages & Memberships
Unused packages: If no sessions have been used, a full refund may be issued within 30 days of purchase, minus a $50 administrative fee.
Partially used packages: If one or more sessions have been used, no refund will be issued. Unused sessions will be calculated at the regular per-session price, and any remaining balance may be applied as clinic credit.
Memberships: Membership cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Membership payments already processed are non-refundable. Any unused membership benefits expire at the end of the billing period in which the cancellation takes effect.
Packages and memberships are non-transferable to other individuals.
Product Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Opened or used products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Gift Cards & Clinic Credits
Gift cards and clinic credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Gift cards do not expire.
Clinic credits issued as part of a package adjustment expire 12 months from the date of issue.
Promotional Offers & Discounts
Services or packages purchased at a discounted or promotional rate are non-refundable.
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers, memberships, or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.
Medical Emergencies & Extenuating Circumstances
We understand that true emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to illness, injury, or a medical emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling without penalty on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be requested.
